A 10-month leadership curriculum open to students from all backgrounds

The REAP Solution program is a 10-month leadership curriculum open to students from all backgrounds and cultures. The curriculum provides a series of interactive leadership modules focused on civics, education, health, business, and entrepreneurship. Program offerings are focused on specialized, applied learning approaches emphasizing writing, speaking, reading, and inquiry.


Students participating in the Solutions program learn and demonstrate school/community leadership skills, develop and strengthen academic skills needed for school success, college readiness, & future careers; bolster positive behavior and relational communication and problem-solving skills, such as negotiation and teamwork, and learn the value of serving and collaborating within their community.

Your donations play an integral role in helping us to maintain, develop, and strengthen the quality of the Solutions Program. Can you help us increase our Solutions offerings for our students?

The solutions program is for everyone

Program Information
  • Year long enrollment into the program from January – December
  • Mandatory attendance to at least 80% of the program offline
  • 100% completion of courses online
  • Student representation for lobbying events at Board Meetings (outside school hours)
  • Attend occasional brunches & luncheons for networking opportunities
  • Develop business plan/Pursue sponsorships & funding to start business
  • Must complete 3 informational interviews with entrepreneurs in your field of interest
  • Weekly check in meetings
  • Monthly check in meetings at REAP’s HeadQuarter
  • Eligible to attend the “Innovation Tour”, Summer 2020
