It's not just an event; REAP brings together over 200 young female students (middle and high school) for a formal leadership luncheon, providing an opportunity to connect with inspiring, trailblazing female leaders.     As part of our annual leadership series, YWOP cultivates personal growth, leadership skills, and empowers youth to envision their future dreams and possibilities. At its core, it's a celebration of diversity, recognizing and honoring the myriad identities and experiences that shape our world.

    Institute of Purpose (IOP) is a commitment to fostering the next generation of change-makers. Our mission is clear: to ignite and amplify the talents, skills, and passions of students, empowering them to take meaningful action towards effecting positive change in their lives and communities.     Bringing together over 200 middle and high school students, IOP serves as a hub for cultivating leadership skills that translate directly into tangible impact within schools and neighborhoods. Through a dynamic array of skill-building activities, educational workshops exploring local and global issues, and invaluable connections with community leaders across business, health, and technology sectors, students are equipped with the tools and inspiration needed to become catalysts for transformation.

    By fostering collaboration and providing practical guidance, IOP empowers students to become change-makers within their schools, neighborhoods, and families, instilling within them a sense of purpose and agency that extends far beyond the classroom.

    At the heart of our ethos is the belief in the power of collective action. As students come together to learn, grow, and exchange ideas, they are not merely passive participants but active architects of their own futures.
  • Black Male Challenge ( BMC)

    It's no secret that young Black males face unique challenges in our society. With statistics showing that one in three Black men can expect to be imprisoned at some point in their lives, from systemic racism to limited opportunities, these young men often feel like they are fighting an uphill battle. We are determined to change that narrative and empower these young men to become future leaders. Read More
    The Black Male Challenge is a call to action for these young men to challenge the status quo and strive for greatness. The goal of this event is to elevate and empower young Black males in our community while challenging them to step into leadership roles. The workshops and discussions cover topics such as entrepreneurship, mental health, leadership, and identity. These are crucial areas that are often overlooked in traditional education systems but are essential for young Black males to thrive in today's society.
