Renaissance is a leadership development program designed to meet the academic and social needs of young males of color. Our approach addresses the unique cultural and gender-specific needs of these students. Our vision is to affirm the positive identity and self-worth of young males of color while fostering leadership potential through peer mentoring, civic engagement, business innovation, and public speaking.
