REAP’s Young Entrepreneur Program (YEP) creates opportunities for students to unleash their innovation and explore ways to create their own wealth to become self-sufficient.

In bringing to scale entrepreneurial opportunities for students between the grades of 6-12, students develop baseline skills in pursuing business ventures, strengthen public speaking skills, and foster networking skills to build relationships with community members, mentors, and potential business investors.

Young Entrepreneurs Program

A career leadership program focused on entrepreneurial education & innovation.

1 Year Program

Students must be available for an entire year (January-December) of training, activities, check-ins, and skill building.

YEP is open to all students and REAP program participants from grades 6-12. Activities and deliverables depend on age.

Have what it takes to be a Young Entrepreneur?

Program Commitment
  • Year-long enrollment in the program from January – December
  • Mandatory attendance to at least 80% of the program offline
  • 100% completion of courses online
  • Student representation for lobbying events at Board Meetings (outside school hours)
  • Attend occasional brunches & luncheons for networking opportunities
  • Develop a business plan/Pursue sponsorships & funding to start a business
  • Must complete 3 informational interviews with entrepreneurs in your field of interest
  • Weekly check-in meetings
  • Monthly check-in meetings at REAP’s Head Quarter’s
  • Eligible to attend the Innovation Tour
